I do not know where you live.If you are a first time home buyer you can get help from the state.I got two people in the system for first time home buyer and they got in for nothing down but you have to make sure that you work with a broker who wants to help not the one quick runner.Try to feel a good person and I am sure you can find if you look harder.Make sure you take a location first because, the value of your home will go up if your neighbor are safe and has good schools around. You now can have a loan for 40 years instead of 30 years and talk to people around in order to reduce interest from your loan and refinance when your equity grows up.I am not a broker and I am a homemaker who advocate for effordable in my community.I love my home and I want everyone to own one.Good luck

Your in luck, we are a direct lender and also broker. I have done many loans for people that have bad credit. The normal banks you walk into will turn you down for any reason they want. I have lenders that look at other factors besides your credit. Contact me at http://www.xclusivefinancial.com
