0Not sure…my mom got one when she was 60…I think as long as you’re credit worthy and have a steady income, you can get a mortgage.

0No, it all comes down to debt to income ratio, and wether you can afford the payments. It is easier to get a home loan then a credit card or personal loan because if the applicant passes away, the house is there for resale.

0Amazingly age is not an issue. A 90 year old can get a 30 year mortgage. Income, home value and credit rating are important issues along with cash on hand. Go for it!
