Getting a Home Equity Loan on a house in a trust.?
My husband and I are looking to take out a home equity loan, but have run into an unexpected problem; our house is in a trust. We did the trust to protect the kids should something happen to us.
I now realize many lenders won’t even consider a loan to a house in a trust. Any suggestions? Anyone know a lender we can try? Anything that might help would be so very appreciated.
Thanks,
Beth

0We do clsoings for homes in trust all the time. Up to the conditions of the trust. Worst case you disolve it and reset it later.
