Future monthly shipments are charged at the beginning of each month, at $125 per month plus $17.95 shipping.
This offer specifies a minimum membership length of two shipments. Cancellation after the first shipment will result in a $125.00 fee. Cancellation can occur thereafter without penalty.
The minimum age is 21 in order to be able to receive wine. All shipments of wine are delivered courier.
Ownership of the wine passes to the recipient when the product is picked up by the courier.
Shipments of wine are processed by a licensed wholesaler and delivered through a licensed retailer. All state excise, sales, and other taxes are reported and paid as required by law.
Beverage Bistro can only ship to USA addresses and cannot ship to AK, HI, KY, MA, ME, UT or other areas prohibited by law.
Beverage Bistro reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Allow 4-6 weeks for the receipt of your first order.
