Terms & Conditions

2. All bags are insured for $500 at no extra cost with the additional option to insure up to $5,000 per item available (up to $2,500 for international shipments).
3. Suitcases cannot weigh more than 150 pounds each for domestic service, and no more than 70 pounds each for International services. Dimensional weight may apply. Dimensional weight (in pounds) is calculated by multiplying length x width x height of each package (all in inches) and dividing by 366.
